PMP started managing Hyd A Way Cove Condominiums in 2018 and made the transition from the prior company as smooth as possible.  Bonnie maintains open communication with the BOD and residents.  She is an asset when it comes to securing bids/contractors, negotiating contracts, being the main point of contact for residents, and keeping the BOD on track with tasks and decisions.   The team at PMP is honest and professional and we value the relationship we have developed with them.

PMP makes being an Association Officer easier.  That’s especially important when you live remotely from your lake property.  Our Association has a dedicated Property Manager, who seems to be available ANYTIME we need her.  PMP is beyond competent, as well as dependable & professional.  They’re big enough to get the job done, but small enough to have that personal touch.
