Established in 2009 by Scott Frisella, Property Management Professionals provides its clients with turnkey service solutions for their properties. Scott established the company to specialize in association management. He sought to provide his clients with the commitment to delivering a service that exceeds expectations by proactively doing what needs to be done and going that extra step to ensure that everything is perfect when you arrive home. He sought to establish confidence with his customers and took pride in knowing they felt secure knowing their property was safe and perfectly maintained physically and financially.

 

In 2022, Blake Hohensee and Jeff Phillips purchased PMP with the vision to grow what Scott has started. With their backgrounds in business leadership and passion for creating a better life for their employees, customers, and community, they felt PMP was a great fit for their vision. They focus on hard work and a commitment to “doing what they say they are going to do.” They strive to keep alive what Scott had started with the addition of services that will make PMP the one-stop shop for all property management needs. Their goal is to provide value to their employees and clients beyond just accounting, management, and maintenance work.
