Accounting

Property Management Professionals offers our clients numerous accounting services such as association billing (monthly/quarterly/yearly), accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger services, bank reconciliation, financial statements, budget preparation and analysis, and long term financial planning. The only service that we recommend having completed by an outside company is the association tax returns and we will work with your selected accounting firm to make sure they have all the necessary information.

Property Management

In addition to accounting services our Property Managers offer the following services to their communities: 24 hours emergency service number, contract negotiation services, assistance with legal issues, oversight and management of all capital improvement projects or emergency repairs, and acting as a liaison for the Association Board of Directors.

Maintenance / Grounds Care

Our friendly and professional maintenance employees can be found keeping your property in tip top shape! We offer many basic maintenance services that can be tailored to fit your Association’s specific needs such as: pool maintenance, groundskeeping, and building and dock maintenance. We are one of the few property management companies that employee our maintenance employees year round and we are able to do that by assisting Associations with off season repairs, painting, and other special projects.

Pool Care

Our maintenance personnel routinely attend classes to ensure that they are up to date on all pool care procedures. We will work closely with the pool company of your choice to insure that one of your properties most important assets stays clean and beautiful!

Vendor List

We keep an update to date vendor list so that we can provide unit owners with direct contact to some of the best contractors at the Lake of the Ozarks such as plumbers, electricians, appliance repair specialist, HVAC specialist, and many more! Unit owners can be sure that the vendors on our list are always insured, reputable, and perform quality work at a fair price.

Construction / General Contracting

We also have an in house construction and general contracting guru who can put his knowledge and background to work for your Association on all your large capital improvement projects such as major deck  and stairwell repairs, concrete repairs, roofing and siding repairs or replacement, and so much more!
