Ashley Schulte
Property Manager
Ashley is a true Lake native. She was born and raised in Camdenton. Missouri (Go, Lakers!), and could not imagine growing up anywhere else! To her the Lake is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth, and she loves that she now has the opportunity to raise her family in an area that puts such an emphasis on community and promoting not only local school districts, but also local businesses. Ashley has been married to her wonderful husband, Colt, for 4 years and they have two adorable girls, Emma (11) and Charlie (1). Ashley was hired by PMP in 2016. She loves the ever-changing, fast-paced environment of property management, and she will be the first one to tell you that the support she receives from the entire PMP staff is unmatched compared to other companies where she has worked. When Ashley isn’t knee deep in returning emails and putting out “fires”, you can find her blogging; singing karaoke at her favorite dive bar; or spending time with her large extended family which can still be found in Camdenton, Missouri.

Sharon McCutcheon
Office Manager
Sharon began her professional career in construction and public education after earning her Business Degree. Originally from Colorado, Sharon managed several offices for the largest high school in Denver Public Schools and enjoyed watching students advance! She also built and managed a thriving construction company with her business partner all while raising her two successful and beautiful daughters.
After moving from Colorado to the beautiful Ozarks, Sharon enjoys time at the lake and making sure the lake is a beautiful and fun place for people to visit and reside. She enjoys the outdoors and preserving that for future generations. If you happen to see her out and about, say hi!
Connor O'Mealy
Controller
Connor is a long-time Springfield, MO native who graduated from Drury University in 2014 with a degree in both accounting and finance and in 2022, his MBA. Straight out of college, he worked for a local mid-sized public accounting firm. Through this experience, he gained much experience with complete financial statement auditing for for-profit and not-for-profit companies.
After public accounting, he went to work for Drury University, as the Assistant Controller. While at Drury, he was approached by the Paul Mueller Company and joined their accounting department as a Senior Financial Analyst.
When asked about his life outside of work Connor said, “I love to spend time with my family. I married my college sweetheart, and we have a son named Landry. We have three energetic dogs as well. If I am not working or with my family, you would likely find me on a golf course or in a hunting blind. I am glad to be a part of the PMP team.”
Jeff Phillips
Co-Owner
Jeff Phillips is currently a General Manager at Paul Mueller Company. He has been with the company for four years. Previously, he was a Business Unit Manager at Tuthill Corporation, and a Production Supervisor at EFCO Corporation in Monett. In these positions he become extremely familiar with business financials, operations, and sales. He would define himself as a servant leader who values relationships with his team and customers. He is a believer in those relationships being founded on trust and doing what you say you are going to do. Jeff has been married to his wife, Tia, for 10 years and together they share 3 children who are age 8, 5, and 8 months.
Blake Hohensee
Co-Owner
Blake Hohensee began his career in manufacturing as a supervisor, then progressed through manufacturing leadership positions for roughly 10 years. The past 4 years Blake has been at Paul Mueller in Springfield running various Business Units for the company with full financial responsibilities. In his free time, Blake loves spending time with his family: wife, Jennifer, and his two daughters who are aged 11 and 9.
